This policy explains what data Shopogi (www.shopogi.com) collects and why. The short version: today we do not ask for or store any personal data beyond the technical logs every web server keeps.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Server logs. When you visit, our web server automatically records your IP address, the page you requested, the date and time, your browser and device type (user agent), and the page that linked you here (referrer). We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working and to fix errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
No accounts, forms or comments. Shopogi has no user accounts, sign-up forms, contact forms or comment forms for visitors.
Email. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies
We set one cookie, pll_language, which remembers the language edition you are viewing (for example English or Hungarian). It contains only a language code, is not used for tracking, and expires after one year. Links to stores
When you click a link to Temu, AliExpress or Amazon, you leave Shopogi. Those stores and their affiliate networks set their own cookies to record that you came from us, so we can be paid a commission. That data is collected by them, not by us, under their own privacy policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Fonts and other third parties
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to Google or other font services.

Hosting and transfers outside the EU
The site is hosted by DigitalOcean on servers in New York, USA. Server logs are therefore stored in the United States. [CONFIRM: the safeguard for this transfer (for example DigitalOcean’s data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses), or move the server to an EU region]
Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Shopogi is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes
We will update this page when we change how the site handles data, for example if we add analytics or a newsletter, and change the date at the top.
